Children 6 to 13: Take one of any or all capsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably at mealtimes. The powder from the capsule can also be mixed into food.
Chewables are a tasty alternative for children and adults.
You can find the expiration date for all Juice Plus+ products clearly marked on the packaging. While the use of the product beyond the expiration date is not unsafe, there may be a reduction in efficacy of some nutrients, so we always recommend using them before the expiration date.
There are several options for you:
1. We offer chewables as an option to get the same nutrients.
2. Open the capsules and blend the powder into apple sauce, juice, or yogurt.
3. Take them one at a time spread out over the day.
